🍳 How to cook them

• Casserole: Sauté with onion, deglaze with wine or lemon and simmer for 1.5 hours .

• Kokkinisto / Stew: Add tomato sauce, carrot and herbs, simmer for 1.5-2 hours .

• Oven: Bake with potatoes or vegetables at 180°C for 1.5 hours .

• Frying: Sauté over high heat with peppers and mustard sauce for 20-25 minutes .
