🍳 How to cook it

  • Cook: Cut into small pieces, sauté with onion, herbs and lettuce, deglaze with wine and cook for 30-40 minutes before adding the egg and lemon sauce.

  • Fry: Sauté in a pan with olive oil, oregano and lemon for a meze with a strong character.

  • In the oven: Bake with potatoes and herbs for a more homemade result.

💡 Combine with wine or ouzo and enjoy a traditional appetizer like in the old days.
