🔥 How to cook it

  • In the oven: Place the leg in a baking dish with potatoes, olive oil, lemon, garlic and oregano. Bake at 180°C for 2.5 hours , covered, then uncover to brown.

  • In the crock pot: Simmer for 3 hours with vegetables, wine and herbs for an extremely tender result.

  • On the grill (pieces): Cut into slices and grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side.

💡 Let it "rest" for 10 minutes after baking to keep it juicy.
