By slow cooking , the meat becomes a delight , while remaining juicy and aromatic .

  • Casserole: Simmer for 2 hours with wine, tomatoes and vegetables.

  • Oven / Casserole: Bake at 180°C for 2.5 hours with potatoes or rice.

  • Grill/BBQ: Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes per side (after marinating).
