🍳 How to cook it

Red: Sauté with onion, deglaze with red wine and add tomato, cinnamon, bay leaf and pepper. Simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours .

Lemonato: Cook with olive oil, onion, broth and lemon for 90 minutes .

In the oven: Bake in a clay pot or baking dish with potatoes, garlic and herbs for 2.5 hours at 180°C .
💡 For an even softer result, cover the food while cooking and let it "rest" before serving.
