🔥 How to cook it

In the oven: Place the gardoumba on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil, lemon, oregano and bake at 180°C for 1.5 - 2 hours , until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside.

In the casserole: Simmer for 2 hours with a little wine and herbs for a more "mom-like" result.

On the BBQ (optional): Grill over medium heat, turning frequently until golden brown.
💡 You can add potatoes or vegetables to the pan for a complete meal.
