Enjoy the traditional gardoumba made with love in our own production , according to authentic Greek recipes!
It is made from fresh lamb liver , carefully wrapped in intestines and flavored with Greek herbs and spices , to provide a rich, authentic flavor and juicy texture when baked.

Ready for the oven, to enjoy it the way it was made in the old days on traditional tables.

🔥 How to cook it

  • In the oven: Place the gardoumba on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil, lemon, oregano and bake at 180°C for 1.5 - 2 hours , until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside.

  • In the casserole: Simmer for 2 hours with a little wine and herbs for a more "mom-like" result.

  • On the BBQ (optional): Grill over medium heat, turning frequently until golden brown.

💡 You can add potatoes or vegetables to the pan for a complete meal.

  • Seasonal salad and fresh lemon

  • Serve with white wine or tsipouro
