🔥 How to cook them

• Oven: Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, until golden brown.

• Frying pan: Fry with a little olive oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes , turning regularly.

• Casserole (roasted): Sauté and simmer in tomato sauce for 30 minutes .
