🔥 How to cook it

• Grill / BBQ: Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side , until golden brown and juicy.

• Oven: Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes , on parchment paper or a grill.

• Frying Pan / Plate: Heat a little olive oil over medium heat.

💡 It is ideally served with baked pies, yogurt, tomato sauce and onion with parsley.
