🍳 How to cook it

Lemonato: Sauté the pork belly, deglaze with lemon and broth, add herbs and simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours .

Red: Sauté with onion, add tomato, wine and spices and cook for 2 hours over low heat.

Oven: Bake at 180°C for 2.5 – 3 hours with potatoes or vegetables, until it becomes Turkish delight.
