🔥 How to cook it

  • BBQ / Grill: Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side to create a crispy crust, then lower the heat and continue for another 3-5 minutes for medium doneness.

  • Frying pan / Cast iron: Cook in a hot pan, season with a little butter and rosemary for extra aroma.

  • In the oven: After sautéing, place the steak in an oven preheated to 180°C for 8-10 minutes .

💡 Let the steak "rest" for 5 minutes before cutting to preserve its natural juices.
