Its texture is soft and velvety , while its low fat content makes it ideal for quick baking or stuffed rolls .


🍳 How to cook it

  • Grill/Plate: Cook for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.

  • Frying pan: Sauté for 6-8 minutes with olive oil and deglaze with wine or lemon.

  • Oven: Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes whole or in slices.

  • Roll: Fill with cheese, peppers or vegetables and bake for 40 minutes .
    💡 Don't overcook it – the brisket stays tender with short cooking.
