🔥 How to bake it

  • On the grill or BBQ: Grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side for medium rare or 4 minutes for medium.

  • In cast iron: Brown over high heat with a little olive oil and sauté with butter and thyme.

  • In the oven (optional): After sautéing, bake at 180°C for 6-8 minutes .

💡 Let the Rib-eye "rest" for 5 minutes before serving to preserve its juices.
