🔥 How to cook it

Grill / BBQ: Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.
Reduce the temperature slightly and continue for another 2-3 minutes for more well-done. -
Mademi: Bake at a high temperature, add a little butter and thyme at the end for extra flavor.

Oven (optional): After sautéing, bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes .
